What drives a person to abandon the traditions of their childhood and start over from scratch? "Leap of Faith" is the first feature-length documentary to go inside the high-stakes world of religious conversion. Following four American families on a radical journey from Christianity to Orthodox Judaism, the film captures the raw friction between old identities and new beliefs. It is an intimate look at the crises, the triumphs, and the staggering cost of choosing a new truth.
